Artist Spotlight/Waterlogged Preview! Again! We love tall ships. As far as we’re concerned, they’re the best kind of ships ever to set sail the seven seas. Portland cartoonist Lucy Bellwood makes a living drawing tall ships. And when she’s not drawing tall ships, she sails replica tall ships up and down the West Coast. She also competes in Portland’s Blues dance scene. How can so many interesting things fit into one person? We’re baffled. Anyways, Lucy’s comic ‘Navy Ink’ is a must see in Waterlogged: Tales From the Seventh Sea. Lucy ALSO draws sailor tattoo’s as covers for a lot of the Waterlogged stories in the anthology.
